Juan Pablo works with real estate developers, investors and fund managers on the structuring and execution of projects where the legal framework is inseparable from the business model.
His focus is on structuring projects from the outset, aligning corporate design, financing and contractual arrangements with the economic and operational viability of the development. He supports the entire real estate lifecycle, analyzing how each legal decision affects timelines, risk allocation and profitability, enabling developers to make decisions based on clear and comprehensive information.
Prior to founding ULRD, he worked as an associate at Reymond & Fleischmann Abogados and later as a partner at Fleischmann y León Abogados.
