Felipe Rivas Juárez

“I anticipate and structure issues so operations can move forward with stability; labour decisions must protect business continuity before conflict arises.”

Felipe focuses his practice on the prevention and strategic resolution of labour disputes, as well as administrative and regulatory matters that directly impact business continuity. He works closely with executive teams and HR departments to structure internal frameworks, review practices and anticipate contingencies before they escalate.

He has also participated in energy and infrastructure projects from their construction phase through operation, advising the companies responsible for their construction as EPC contractors and later in the operation of the respective power generation plants.
