Jaime Ríos Llaneza

His practice focuses on complex litigation and arbitration across a wide range of civil and commercial matters, including construction, corporate, administrative disputes, and international arbitration.

He holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Santiago and has been a practicing lawyer since 2009. He earned a Doctor of Law (Dr. iur.) from the Rüprechts-Karl-Universität in Heidelberg.

He previously worked at Prieto y Cía. (2008–2009), Ortúzar, Águila y Concha Abogados (2009–2012), Ortúzar, Vergara y Boetsch Abogados (2012–2014), and Vergara, Labarca, Parodi Abogados (2021–2023).

He has taught at several universities and currently lectures in Civil Law at Universidad Diego Portales and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He has authored articles published in collective works and academic journals.
