Juan Ignacio works on public and private infrastructure projects where high technical complexity, intense regulation and significant economic exposure converge.

He has participated in public works concessions, construction projects, desalination, water and sanitation and mining projects, among others, advising construction companies, project owners, concessionaires and contractors from tender processes through execution and, when necessary, dispute resolution.

Prior to founding ULRD, he worked as an associate at Barros y Compañía, served as Chief Executive Officer of BAS S.A., was a partner at Reymond y Fleischmann Abogados and later co-founded Fleischmann y León Abogados.
