Cristián Repetti Aravena
LAWYER
His professional practice has focused on Administrative and Regulatory Law, primarily in the area of public procurement. He has extensive experience as legal counsel in the bidding and development of Public Works Contracts and Public Concession Projects, as well as in disputes and litigation arising from them.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Chile (2002) and an LL.M. from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2014). In addition, he completed a Diploma in Economic Administrative Law (2011) and a course in Coaching and Negotiation (2005), both at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Before joining Urenda, León, Rivas & Darraidou, he served as legal counsel at the Directorate of Concessions of the Ministry of Public Works, acted as legal advisor to Fiscal Inspections of various public concession contracts, and was an associate attorney at Fleischmann & Román Abogados.
He has taught courses in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law and has been a lecturer in specialized courses on Construction Law.
He has been recognized in international publications as a leading lawyer in the field of Public Law.
